      Benjamin Moore's Lancaster Whitewash is a similar color.

      How come when I look at the BM swatches, the colour looks much more brownish? Is this shale true colours? Or lighting is affecting it? Thx

      I think it may be the lighting. My room has a definite grey to it. You won't be dissappointed with the color.
