To stay within that budget you'll need to be very, very frugal with your purchases and perhaps do some of the laborious things yourself such as paint the cabs and replace the cabinet and faucet hardware. Bring in a professional to replace your counter surface with either marble or prefab Quartz and watch for advertised local big box store sales to update your appliance package. More often than not you'll be able to negotiate a great deal or even a free appliance (dishwasher, microwave, etc) with a package deal plus you could ask to finance that purchase, if need be.

That's really all you need ~ fab kitchen space!
