I just got this house and I am planning to renovate it. I am just not sure where to start. I'd like to change the floor, furniture, paint, curtains, but one step at a time. I like modern houses with white walls and wood floors, but also want something to add color like the cushions and the centerpiece i just bought. (You can see them in the pictures)..

I accept any ideas that can help me with this space.

Ps. I have a mirror that is almost 60"x 110" but dont know where to put it. :)
