Most neutral colors would be ideal if that fits with the style of the room.

Thank you! I am thinking two tone, is that still in style...or too much for that type of flooring...dark taupe on bottom with a border mid wall or higher and a white gray on top...also thinking wall behind bed solid dark taupe as well

i would recommend you to buy white furniture and use white as your main color. To add color i would use nice wallpaper over the bed. I know you are talking about bedroom, but this room had a floor very similar to yours and white/blue worked very nice there
