Hello! It looks like you have room in the front corner of your patio for a small chair. This would not only look we,coming, but would make your space useable. Add a comfy lumbar pillow and a ceramic drum stool to set your morning coffee on, and you will have a cozy outdoor space.

I would also add an indoor/outdoor rug in the largest size that will fit the space - 5X7', maybe?

Rather than several smaller pots of flowers, place one large one next to the door. This will keep the space from looking cluttered. Also, larger pieces have more visual impact. Your patio is probably a bit shady, so consider planting a spider plant, which you can then bring I doors in the winter.

I shopped Pier One for a look that would work very well here. But, if you prefer a different look - say, French Country - then, change your pieces accordingly.

In the first collage, the chair is from Ikea, the pillow and table are from Pier One, and the rug is from overstock.com.

In the second collage, the dark brown chair is Ikea, the gray chair, pillow and martini side table are from West Elm, and the rug is from Dash & Albert.

Or, you could pretty much mix and match any of the above!
