if you are going to spend that much on a light fixture, why are you buying it from rest. hardware? There is much better quality out there than than that!!

Will you be looking at the table horizontally? What is behind it...solid wall or windows?

I ask because I have purchased a rectangular table and when I come into the room I will see it positioned horizontally with the 12' slider behind it. I don't want the pendant to be be wider than the 5'4" door opening in the middle. Kind of obsessive but It will drive me nuts if it is bigger than the opening.

Flair Lighting - I didn't think the RH one was too expensive and I have been happy with their lighting. The other chandeliers I liked were at least 8,000 so I thought of this as a good buy! If there are any other good brands, please let me know!

Get the 49. Will feel more proportional to the table size.

Ideally approx 16" from the edge of the table. Also, have you considered the possibility of using two chandeliers? Can look stunning over a table your size. I know this isn't the style you are going for but just to get an idea of double fixtures:
