Victor, can you give an update on your combo oven? We are considering it also.

we have had the Bosch wall oven combo for almost a year now. It works great. The microwave/combo gets very hot when both are used as ovens. Since it is built in, the cabinet above the oven combo also gets very hot.

Well, here we are in 2019 and 4 years since I bought a Bosch Combi oven unit (oven and steam over). The unit worked ok until a few months ago. I contacted Bosch for service and it has been a horrible experience. It has been nearly 2 months since I called Bosch Customer service and they cannot determine the issue after 4 visits. I am waiting for another round of parts and visits in November, so it will me more than 3 months if they manage to get it fixed. We will see how this ends up for my suggestion to folks on this brand. The bad service issues with Bosch Customer service was known in 2015 when I saw reviews for my purchase. It is turning out to be all true.

I have Bosch 800 series oven. The first time I used the probe, I inserted it all the way into the wall connection. it did not register with the oven. After much dinkering, I pulled the probe out one click, it then registered with the oven and is now working.
