L-Shaped Family Room

I'm having a hard time trying to come up with a functional layout for my family room. These are the issues that I have with the room:
1. There is a closet door to the left of the room.
2. The bathroom door is also to the left of the room.
I want to purchase a sectional with a chaise big enough to hold enough guests (should they come over) and I want a chaise to relax while I watch tv. I'm not looking for a wrap around sectional because I think it will be too large for this small space. What type of furniture would work best?
