The living room needs painting and the fireplace needs something? It is very old and colour just blends into the floor. I put white paper around it to see what it would look like in ceramic tiles. Help!!! I am very traditional and would likes something that would also help and resale value if I decide to sell. I am in my late 60's and don't think I will be painting this place again. Thanks
