Think of flow of traffic and central focal point. When I walk into the room what is the first thing you want to notice?

Not sure if there are any views out the windows, but the most logical place for the TV would be by the staircase.

I think the TV will have to go across from the windows on the left so that area will be the LR and then a long narrow dining table set against the storage room wall where you enter and walk between the kitchen and the LR. I would go with something like the Corbusier table it is narrow and long and should fit there. I would put minimum cairs there and keep the rest in the storage room , As for a focal point I think the windows fill that purpose. You will have to have some kind of window coverings to keep the glare off the T.V in the daytime so I would suggest some soloar shades to keep the heat out and still enjoy the view and then simple drapes hung on a wire that slide easily to open and close. and i would hang them from the ceiling in a simple fabric like linen or faux silk some great art work on the wall by the dining table and then a fabulous coffee table and some sculpture pieces since there is not a lot of wall space , great display wall with the T.V.
