A rug would fit this room beautifully! Perhaps one with a pop of color?

Rug Option 1 - Pottery Barn - Fallon. Rug Option 2 - Pottery Barn - Nolan Persian. The Nolan, which brings in some color, (larger photo attached below) is a bit thick. I'm concerned it may be too thick, making it difficult when dining at the table to move the chairs. I have also attached a few drapery fabrics but not sure I've found the "right" one yet.

I like the second rug as well. i also like the second set of draperies on the right. Your room is coming along really nicely!

Thanks, I looked for 6 months before choosing a mirror. It was very hard finding something that worked well with the furniture and light fix. I like the Nolan (the neutral w/ blue's) Rug but it has a pile and I'm concerned it may be too difficult moving the chairs on that rug. Another idea was Sisal but I'm sure I will be getting a lot of "No's" for that. As it's not going to bring in any color. I just figured it would add texture to the room and for the ease of moving the chairs while dining.

The room could really use some color...bright, fun and interesting.

Those are very bright and fun colors and I'm sure many would agree that would be great in there, that's just not me nor would it flow w/ the rest of my home which is very neutral. I do agree some color would be nice. I'm leaning more towards blues/greens maybe navy or bringing in some type of greenery w/ floral / botanical accents.
