I think this is a brilliant update of a tiny kitchen - efficient and gorgeous.

@ KL Milam - what, people with small kitchens should only install cheap stoves? That was a bit of a back-handed compliment, and anyway, how do you figure that's a $15k oven?

Looks to me like a 36" Ilve, which comes in around $7k!

My favorite part is the use of drawers for all the base cabinets. It makes life so easy as everything is so visible and easliy accessible. 25 years ago when I put a new kitchen in my home, I thought I was so ahead of the game with my ultra cool cabinets that had slide out drawers behind the base cabinet doors. Now that the cabinets are literally falling apart, it's time to replace them and this time all base cabinets will be drawers. No more floor time trying to retrieve something that fell off the slide out drawer.
