My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello! What I speced is as follows -Roofing: 30 year architectural grade asphalt shingles over #15 felt with Certainteed Winterguard Ice & Water moisture barrier underlay at all eaves, rakes, valleys and low-pitch areas. The final selection of color was made by the owners and design/build contractor.
