My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stone used for Island and perimeter counters

What stone is used for the island. It looks like soapstone. I'm interested in whether you client has trouble with water spots. I'm considering Virginia Mist as an alternative. The kitchen is terrific!

    This is soapstone and we just recently installed honed virginia mist in a newer project. Soapstone is much softer, will scratch and hold onto oil spots, but I am not sure about water spots. I recommend the virginia mist, it's beautiful. Sorry for the late reply.
