carpet popping and unsightly seam

just had carpet installed 2 days ago and its already popping up. is that a bad sign? also, the seam seems very noticable.

    Yes, it means the seams are not glued well. However with what looks like low profile Berber or loop carpet, you see the seaming a lot more than a cut pile. I would have carpet company come back out and adjust.
