My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      You might try ROCK by Valspar. I used it in a south facing back bedroom and it looks like this and slighly more taupe look. I also used it in my living room which is north facing and less light. Amazingly has a slighly more grey look in that room. Works for us.
