My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Ooh! I'd like to know about the chess board and pieces as well. Love it!- Love the faux grass surround as well- makes it comfy to play. In addition, an
    overhang for shade would be ideal.

    The chess set pieces were made from teak. This terrace was on the top floor of the building so the winds would not allow a shade feature. Additionally, the terrace is on the north side of the building so there is plenty of shade from the building as shown in the photo. Thanks.
