What is the trim and wall color? The home has a great crisp/clean look.

Curtis, thanks for your question. The walls and trim are both Incredible White from Sherwin Williams. The color number is SW 7028.

Yes, typically I recommend Eggshell or Satin (depending on room) for walls and Semi-Gloss for trim.

The walls in this house are all flat, which is what most builders typically use. Flat, because it has the most pigment and doesn't reflect light, helps walls look smoother and doesn't show imperfections - which is great for selling a newly built home.
