I have a standing sink in my powder room. It is on a built in corner cabinet, with limited space to each side. I regret the choice as stuff goes missing under the flair of the rim.

I never suggest them. It's really a science to get everything correct and very few people will guarantee the end result. The depth and width of the bowl, height of the faucet, ability to place your hands just right while the water flows at just the right pressure. They bowls look great. Unless you don't mind cleaning up water splashes all the time, I would not recommend them. This is a prime example of form over function.

I have one in my powder room. Looks great but I wouldn't use them in a master or main bath that gets a lot of use. Under mount is the best and easiest to clean.
