Is there a reason you cannot give the brand of paint and paint color?

Hi Sustainable Home....I know this is a very old post but have just discovered it. I see that you have provided some great feedback to other questions but have not responded at all to the Paint Color question. Any reason? Thank you.

I have some follow up information, the client's painter likes Sherwin Williams, and they did switch colors to a SW color. They used: Sherwin Williams Duration Semi-Gloss "Silver Strand" Paint ID: 7057

I have emailed the client to ask them the paint spec, but they have not gotten back to me. I will send a reminder, they are just busy.

beautiful tile work! I have done lots of tile in my days. its amazing, but some people can mess up basic tile. yours looks great!

I believe we specified Benjamin Moore Pearl Gray 863, out of the Classic Color color deck. The homeowner took care of hiring the painter, so it is remotely possible that they changed the spec, but it looks like Pearl Gray.
Sorry it took me so long to dig up the answer to this paint question.

And, keep in mind, that the real color may be VERY different from what you see on your monitor. You may have your monitor set to warm or cool and that changes the colors greatly. Also, the gamma of the monitor may change the colors, and Windows computers have a different gamma curve than Apple.

You really cannot judge a color on a monitor.
