Looking for new vanity, new wall treatments (cover tile with panel/bead board?), new window and molding, new paint. I like the concept of a pedestal sink but need storage somewhere. In order to keep costs in check, I'm anticipating keeping wet wall/vanity/toilet where they are, but open to ideas to make the most of the space.
