My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Pendant lighting is the Smokebell Pendants from Urban Electric.

    I have been looking everywhere for these pendants. These seem similar to the Smokebell Pendants at Urban Electric but these seem a bit sturdier looking and the inside looks like it had a shade or metal rim that covers the lightbulbs within the bell. Has anyone had any luck finding these actual penants? I'd sure love to find them. :)
