It looks like you have some space on the left to go wider. Remove the current oven and cabinet completely. Have a carpenter built you a new cabinet with an opening for a 30 inch oven. (Purchase the oven first and have the specs for the carpenter. ) He can also match the cabinet doors or possibly reuse the current ones. Paint to match. Voila! Cheaper than a new kitchen! While you're calling in tradesmen, get an handyman/electrician to replace those fluorescent panel lights with recessed pot lights. 100% better and more modern. I like what you've done so far...very homey. Love the island. Last thing...hem your curtains to sill length.

And turn off the water. ;)
