My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for asking, Mary. The stairs are one of a kind, cold rolled steel with a single tubular stringer and 3" stave-core ash treads, The railings are 4" wide ribbons of steel, cut from 1/8" steel plate, with an orbital finish on the aluminum hand rail.
