The three equipments in the same line do not look good and I don't think there is any way you can decorate the place. The only way I think is to move the air conditioner to some other wall and connect it through long wires mounted on the wall. It would be easy to add something over the wiring to hide it. Hope it helps.

Here's a thought : I would lose the white shelves and paint the unit with a brick look that would blend in. They have many fun faux paints out now that could be helpful.
