I glad you like this remodel. I designed the landscape plan to relocate and orient the entry and to provide a series of pauses entering the home. In the backyard there is a dry creek bed that runs to the left of the house and out to the street. The remodeler had his grading contractor who has the equipment place the boulders and do some grading of the terrain. The retaining wall abuts a poured foundation/footer for the porch.
