Following up from the pocket doors vs open concept discussion, we have decided on open concept. Here is the floor plan. The fridge will change to adjacent to the family room door, and the table will move closer to the exterior dining room wall. Both changes make it possible to have a larger island. Also considering a small bar sink in the narrow counter. Suggestions?
