How disappointing. Got a pic--they sound like pickling cucumbers.

My cucumbers are coming up different than they're supposed to as well. Instead of short and fat, they're long and skinny. Where'd you get your seeds?

I agree they sound like pickles
take some vinegar
some sea salt
fresh or dried garlic
whole pepper corns
rosemary
a little dill
and one small onion peeled
put them in there for about a week and yum

Yeah, that is what I thought. I planted a pickling cuke but they haven't come in yet so nothing to compare to. I will pickle these and hope for the best. Just started to check out the Harvest Forum, boy could I spend some time there!
Aixia - I had Lemon cukes seeds from both Johnnies & store bought from Burpee but the tags fell off so I don't know which from who.
