My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    From previous comments on the photo ""This floor is a mix of red and white oak random width milled from old reclaimed barn beams by the Woods Co. in PA. We kept the width under 8" and had all pieces end matched so we wouldn't have to face nail, or nail and plug.""
