Hey guys, need some help. We just installed ten feet of solaris granite in our post n beam kitchen. The ceiling in the kitchen is not open as the upstairs of this gambrel style home starts above it. So, I have beautiful oak cabinets, the solaris granite, black stove, fridge and dishwasher. I'm totally delighted with the look, rustic, casual yet not to man of the mountain, if you know what I mean. I was planning on using sheets of faux tin in rubbed oil bronze as a backsplash but am concerned that adding another pattern in the room would be to much. Would love to upload pic, but don't know how. Any suggestions?, or websites to look would be welcome. Walls are beadboard, painted valspar calming retreat. House is on two acres of mainly woods, so keeping the look simple is over all goal.
