You all over there are supposed to get more snow than in the Greensboro area!We just have a light coating so far, which should be ok on plants that I uncovered after the major freeze. The long-range forecast showed more coming next Tuesday or so.

I've been waiting to see snow! Went out and played in it most of the morning. Took a bunch of photos. The dawg finally begged to go inside to warm up (wimp!) so I decided to come to work.

It looks like a lot of my bushes made it through the bitter cold last weekend. Of course I won't know until later in the year how much or how bad any damage is. I was mostly concerned about buds on certain "iffy" plants. Most of yard is winter hardy so it won't be a total loss.

It's pretty -- hopefully, we'll get some light soon after the snow stops. It's just now tapering off here.

Just a dusting here in the Kville area.

Oh isn't the snow beautiful! Here in Wayne County we have had 5 inches. We have enjoyed playing in the snow especially my granddaughter and my dog.(Think the dog has enjoyed it more than anyone else!)

Had 6" or possibly a little more in North Raleigh. I did not want to mess up the scene on the deck to measure. Hooray!

Just twenty mile east of us the snow was 1.5 inches deep.
