Ive spec'd them many times over the years and the clients who we've installed for have loved them. However, there have been a few who tried them out in the store and didnt like them. Whether they work best for you will depend on how you use your current MW, and also on the overall balance of storage you need for your kitchen. By incorporating a MW drawer you'll gain upper/wall cabinetry storage, but lose drawer space (as Dytecture pointed out). Also MW drawers cannot hold items that are tall, so there are certain items that wont fit inside of them. Its good to try them out in person and see whether they'll work for your needs.
