Thanks for asking - the light base (hanging cord & switch) was purchased by the client from Rejuvenation in Portland OR. They purchased the antique glass shade separately from an antique houseparts shop and combined the two - clever idea.

Great light! It can sometimes be hard finding two of the same vintage light shades, however, we offer a very similar pendant on our vintage site called the Vintage Holophane Ruffled Bell Pendant:
