Hi, folks. I have several Fr. tarragon plants in a bed and several of them have developed dry, crinkly brown leaves a few inches at the bottom of the strems (one is flourishing and doesn't seem to have that problem). Is this common? I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong, especially with one that in such better shape. I try not to over- or under-water. Appreciate any thoughts on this.
