My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Placing jars in canner

Do you fill & then place jars in the canner one by one, or do you place jars in the canner after they are all filled? I tend to do them one by one because I'm afraid of heat loss and jar breakage, but it takes more time and seems rather inefficient.
