Oriental type recipe

I've been looking for a recipe canning veg in an oriental type sauce but have had no luck. Can I safely use the Bernadine Vegetable Antipasto recipe but replace the worcestershire sauce with the same quantity soy sauce and the tomato paste with sweet chilli sauce (probably not acid enough?)

Can I add 1 tablespoon sesame oil if I'm going to pressure can it? If I can't can I add a tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds ?

The dried basil and mustard I'll replace with dried ginger and

maybe cumin or 5 spice powder.

I'm sorry, but this is an unanswerable question. There are so many variables it's impossible to determine the safety of the end result without testing. I don't think anyone on the Forum could comfortably recommend canning the product as amended.

Even I, who is more daring than most, wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole.

I don't remember what recipes there are exactly, but in Ellie Topp's book, Small Batch Preserving there are a couple Asian sauces. There is a Satay sauce and a sweet chili sauce recipe. They don't have vegetables, but could be used over them after opening.
