Any nursery that carries roses should have it when bare root roses come in in January. It's pretty widely available as it's very popular.

I just got my new Heirloom catalog a couple of days ago and they don't list it. I'm thinking of adding a Chicago Peace to my collection which they have but no Love and Peace.

For targeted hits search using cultivar name 'BAIpeace'. Offered online by mailorder places such as Wayside and Edmunds if you do not find it locally. Probably should try to find out if local outlets have ordered it before selling season starts, so that you still have time to order through the mail/internet if not available locally.
