The photo is too fuzzy to tell if it's aphids or not, but if it were me, I'd just hose it off, or use a little insecticidal soap. But I don't garden in Barbados (lucky you,though) so not sure what you have there. Can you get a clearer photo?

If they are Aphids they can easily be controlled with a sharp spray of water, although that will need to be repeated regularly to control the later generations. Aphids are attracted to lush green growth and frequently are found on plants growing where there is too much available Nitrogen, so checking on the soil the plants are growing in is a good idea.
