where is the sofa from? fabric?

This is the Wilton Skirted Sofa from Maine Cottage .

I cannot tell the exact color value or the grade of the upholstery in this particular styling, but my best guess is either their Basket weave in Pear or their Otto weave in Hot Lime.

They've made some changes to their inventories and/or fabric selections since this photo was taken. Nevertheless, their options are as vibrant and as fresh as ever.

The hardwood floors were original to the house.
