Looks like it could be a climbing Tropicana. Does it have fragrance? I'm thinking that your description of small to med. sized blooms could be because the bushes have been neglected. Tropicana usually has a larger bloom, but the color and shape are very close. Donna

To me, it resembles Command Performance because of the petal quilling. Tropicana is a similar color, but it doesn't quill. Does this bush throw trusses, that is a spray-like structure where each of the stems has probably 1 bloom but the stem is long enough to be usable as a single bloom per stem rose? I am talking true grandiflora style here. Command Performance is a HT, but it does do the grandiflora style thing? What about plant growth habit? Tropicana is more vase-shaped like a V. Command Performance is more straight up. Is the growth habit something else?
