Phytolacca americana, probably.

It would be helpful for id purposes to show the leaves as they are growing, not pulled together by a hand. We also have no idea of the habit of growth nor the height of the plant. In the background there are leaves which could be trifoliate. Is that the case? Also on the right there is a leaf which is clearly toothed and thus appears to be a different plant. It doesn't look like Phytolacca americana to me. If forced to take a guess I'd go for an Amaranthus on the evidence available at the moment.
