Electrical connections

How do you get electricity to the headboard when it is not by a wall? We are on a concrete slab, and would love to be able to arrange our bedroom this way.

    These are wall mounted lights attached to a half wall, or knee wall. The electrical is inside the half wall (2'x4', sheetrock).

    Thank you. How do you get the electricity inside the half wall when it does not connect to a wall on either side? I can see if there is a basement underneath. If this is the case, it does not help me, as our house is on a slab.

    The home is on a crawlspace so the wires do come from underneath. You could do the same in a slab but it would mean cutting the concrete. Thanks!
