Have you cleaned it with vinegar recently ?

I just had problems with my Keurig. I called customer service and they were VERY helpful. It ended up something was stuck in the water path and they instructed me top take the rubber thing off, unbend a paperclip and clean-out both holes in the metal piece that the hot water goes through and pokes a hole in the top of the k-cup put the rubberthing back on and run water through it. It worked for a while then it happened again. My Keurig was 360 days old and they sent me a new one, I had to send the cup the k-cup sits in back to them. Also, American express doubles the manufacturers warrenty if you paid for it that way. Good luck!

We have gone through 4 Keurigs so far. Or I should say we are on our 4th.
I bought my mother one for Christmas 2 years ago and we liked it so much we bought one for us.
Bought both from Costco which is very good about returns.

So between my mothers which we took back once and ours twice so far we have not had one for more than a year and we just use whatever is the newest receipt and then we start all over because we get a new receipt every-time we take one back.

Ours is doing to same thing as yours right now, I have just been closing the top back down on the same K-cup and running it again.
Doesn't do this every time just once in awhile.

We love the machine and fortunately we bought them from Costco so returning them yearly is no big deal and we constantly have a new one.
