My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Finally and end to the Bluestar sham with outrageous prices on parts. If anyone has tried these, please advise. I have a bad ignitor I need to replace and am ordering. Been bad for 6 months, could not sucumb to the $24 from Bluestar.
That's the old style igniter. The new one (circa 2014) is solid porcelain so there is nowhere for food or liquid to trap and crack. I'm not saying that the new ones are bullet proof, but that have to be better than the ones like are pictured (and originally came on my range top).
