Whirlpool dishwasher universal silver vs stainless steel?

My dishwasher literally just started smoking so I am looking at the Whirlpool WDF510PAYD.

Does anyone know the difference between their stainless steel and the universal silver?

Which one smudges less?

Would they both match other appliances?

If I eventually got a matching fridge do they both take magnets?
