They all look great and fits with the style of the kitchen, which the 1st photo is what I would have in my kitchen.

Also like the clean lines of #1, and do not like the ones that cut off access to adjacent counters or the "chimney" shaped ones that leave all that odd space near the ceiling.

Voted for the first one, but liked them all, primarily because they are well integrated. That is they don't look like a separate tacked on appliance.
When I outfit our next kitchen I will place the fan for the hood far removed from the hood itself, like on the roof, so as to not hear the fan, and to allow for a large fan, also want variable speed control for the fan as well.
