My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Looks like quarter sawn White Oak.

      The flooring is 3/4" x 4" select rift sawn White Oak hardwood flooring.

      I like this but want to avoid the pinkish hue you can get from a white stain. Any help?

      thanks....I am refinishing a 50 year old oak floor.....pretty sure it is white oak. Is there a stain that is available for this look or does it have to be custom? Frankly, we would prefer an unstained look but in my experience, even a colorless stain darkens it alot. Thanks for your help!

      We stained our Oak floors with Bona White Stain to make it looking like the raw floors which looks exactly like this picture.
