My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I am so glad you like this space! I absolutely love the soft colors, the wainscotting, and the glow and sparkle of the light fixtures. The wall and ceiling are painted the same color, Fine Grain DE6213 by Dunn Edwards. The trim color I chose to go with it (crown moulding, casing, etc.) is Light Beige DE6211 by Dunn Edwards. Are you working on an entry yourself?

    What sheen did you use for walls and what sheen for the light beige trim? Was personally deciding between s/g or satin on trim work with fine grain as flat.

    Hi Sam, I am just seeing your question now. I prefer to use a satin sheen on trim, and flat on the walls!
