Antimicrobial ducts are not standard, and so far is is being tested and used in the commercial industry. Commercial duct manufacturers such as Semco and McGill manufacturer this type product in a spiral, rarely found in residential applications.

Thanks for the info. I just wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. The uv I could add later. But the ducts you only get one chance with. It's hard to find current info on Agion treated ducts. The press releases I see are from 2002. Back then, they were projecting it to become standard. It would add about $800 to a 3500 sf house they said. So I figured for my small 1250 sf house, what $300 extra? I'm sure those numbers have changed though. I'll google Semco and McGill and see what I find. Thanks!
