Try using a blow dryer to heat them up and make they lay flat.

You can also warm up a cast iron pan (not sizzling hot) and set it on the shelf liner.

If you use the Ikea drawer organisers, they hold the ends down too . . . :)

I think if you lay it in a bath of hot water it works too.
